Job Description :We’re working with a well-established environmental consultancy seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects, with sites including schools, libraries, and museums across the Midlands.Key Responsibilities:Carry out asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment & Demolition) in line with HSG264Complete air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and reassurance testingCompile detailed reports using handheld technology and in-house systemsWork on multiple commercial projects, supporting long-term client contractsEnsure compliance with health and safety and asbestos regulationsRequirementsWhat you’ll need:BOHS P402 (Essential)Additional P403/P404 qualifications (advantageous but not required)Full UK driving licenceStrong experience in commercial or public sector environmentsComfortable travelling throughout the MidlandsBenefitsWhat’s on offer:Salary: £37,000Company van provided (for work use)25 days holiday + bank holidaysFull-time, permanent roleMonday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pmFriday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
