The successful candidate will join at a time when the department is supporting the development of a new Data and Insights Service which brings together cross-functional teams and the latest tools to raise the University's analytical capabilities and support evidence based decision making.About the roleYou will advise and support senior stakeholders to inform decision making and measure progress towards strategic goals. Specifically, the role will involve:
  • Developing and maintaining a range of performance reports of strategic importance
  • Producing analytical studies, reports, and papers - including insights and recommendations - for senior decision makers
  • Providing input to inform strategy development and annual planning
  • Benchmarking the University's performance against its peers and competitors
  • Supporting the development of the University's new Data and Insights Service
About youExperience of working with large datasets and an ability to analyse, interpret and present complex information in a clear and succinct manner will be essential for this role.
