- Proven Panel development and management in a commercial insight capacity within a client-side environment
- Experience working with customer segmentation in the design, delivery and application of customer insight programmes within a Panel environment
- Experience of VoC analysis or performance analysis to inform panel activity (TSM/NPS/CES) and develop joined up strategic narratives
- A proven track record of managing insight across suite of research methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
