- Build trusted partnerships across Glasgow communities and lead collaborative, place-based strategies.
- Work closely with local partners to co-develop solutions to child poverty and ensure their work feeds into national influence and advocacy.
- Engage directly with families to shape projects and policy - from local innovation initiatives to national campaigns.
- Coordinate delivery networks and support partners with funding, capacity building and ongoing support.
- Innovate new ways to amplify community voices and ensure their perspectives influence decision-making at all levels.
- Gather insights, learning and evidence to strengthen practice and contribute to organisational learning and fundraising.
- A background in community engagement or partnership work - ideally with a strong network in Glasgow.
- Experience co-developing projects with families or community groups, especially around tackling poverty or improving outcomes for children.
- Confidence working within systems change frameworks or place-based approaches.
- Strong project management and planning abilities, with a focus on collaboration and impact.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - with the ability to bring people together and maintain trust.
