- Managing and mentoring a small team of property managers
- Overseeing day-to-day residential property management across the portfolio
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and best practices
- Acting as the escalation point for complex landlord or tenant issues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Monitoring and improving team performance and customer service standards
- Implementing processes to streamline operations and drive efficiency
- Supporting professional development and training within the team
- Reporting to senior leadership on performance, issues, and KPIs
- ARLA qualified (essential)
- Extensive experience in residential property management (ASTs)
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team
- Excellent understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Organised, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional and empathetic approach when handling client matters
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred)
- Familiarity with the Marylebone/London W1 area is beneficial
