Join a close-knit team delivering a multi-million-pound capital programme to upgrade 34 vital pumping stations across Lincolnshire.Working from our client’s Swineshead office, you’ll lead projects from planning to delivery, managing stakeholders, technical designs, and funding applications. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners including the Environment Agency and local councils.What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience managing engineering or flood risk projects
Degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (or working towards)Why Apply?
