You will oversee multiple projects at a time, conducting surveys, managing health and safety, line managing all individuals on site, managing budgets and ultimately deliver the projects to budget and time.This role would suit a Project Manager that works as a Consultant with a background in UK Healthcare Construction looking for an exciting, varied role within an growing company.The Role:
- Full ownership and accountability of allocated projects
- Consolidating and documenting the projects (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and quality requirements)
- Organise / Chair / Lead multidisciplinary meetings with stakeholders
- Manage commercial teams in preparing budgets, planning and overseeing project procurement
- Experience of Construction, Design, Architecture, or similar in the Healthcare sector is a must
- Background as a consultant – not as a contractor
- Experience as a Project Manager
- Based Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
