- Provide cost information to support decision making
- Developing cost plans
- Performing quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities
- Cost Management/Quantity Surveyor experience in Construction, Architecture, or similar
- Consultancy experience is a must
- Experience in the Healthcare sector is a bonus
- Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
