  • Strategic Survey Initiatives: Stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results.
Your Responsibilities: Where Precision Meets Professionalism!Your daily tasks will include:
  • Conducting site visits
  • Inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.
  • Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively.
  • Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.
Your Skill Set: A Symphony of Excellence!We seek candidates with:
  • Experience working on residential buildings
  • A construction-related degree and/or relevant experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence.
  • Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
  • A full UK driving license and have access to your vehicle
  • Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
