You will be required to have a good range of technical knowledge of building construction, maintenance practices and skills as this will need to be applied to all stock condition related activities.The job entails responsibility for leading and inspiring a team of up to six Stock Condition Surveyors, each managing their own patch within our housing stock, ensuring high quality data collection that influences property investment decisions.You will be expected to develop, manage and monitor performance against annual survey targets and undertake quality assurance assessments on completed surveys for both internal and external surveying resources.You will be required to travel as part of this role, we will require candidates to have a driving license and access to a vehicle.To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate:
  • Previous experience of supervising a team with effective management skills
  • Relevant degree, professional accreditation and experience in property inspection and asset management
  • 5 years asset management experience
  • Excellent legislative knowledge round HHSRS & Decent Home Failures
  • Excellent IT skills around stock condition software and handheld devices
