Fostering Senior PractitionerPay: £36,000 – £42,000 + £5k car allowanceNonStop’s client, based in the East of England, is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their non-profit independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.In this role you will be overseeing a small caseload of around 4 foster carers and overseeing 2 other Social Workers on the team, providing support and supervision.If this sounds good to you, more information about the job is listed below.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, support, and train foster carers
  • Oversee two Social Workers on the team
  • Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children
Requirements:
  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience working within a fostering team
