- Service Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of our services, ensuring person-centred care is delivered and that we comply with CQC/CIW regulations. Your organizational skills will be key to ensuring smooth operations.
- Rota Management: You'll take charge of scheduling to ensure that we have the right people in the right places, keeping staffing levels flexible and efficient.
- Quality Control: Conduct audits and assessments, ensuring that we continue to meet the highest standards. You'll be the driving force in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supportive Leadership: Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to your team, helping them grow in their careers. You'll also be involved in crisis management, safeguarding, and ensuring all support plans are delivered effectively.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team
- Deliver high standards of person-centred care and support, working closely with residents
- Support the Home Manager in achieving financial targets for the home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal company standards
- Take responsibility for the overall management of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required for travel between sites
