Our client, a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK, is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home - the role is close to the Ormskirk area of Lancashire.This role is to work 40 hours per week, and offers a competitive salary of £23 - £24 per hour, plus paid breaks, amounting to an annual salary of circa £50,000. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in a GOOD rated care home.Our client is a prominent private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of care homes across the UK. They are committed to providing high-quality residential and nursing care for the elderly, priding themselves on the happy, welcoming atmosphere in all their homes.As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
  • Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
  • Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
  • Working full-time day shifts, 40 hours per week - mainly supernumerary but to cover on the floor when needed.
  • Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
