We have vacancies for 12-month placements available in our Brand Performance Support team and our Brand Management Team. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to interview for one of these placement opportunities.Brand Performance Support Placement:
Our Brand Performance Support team ensures that performance goals are achieved throughout our portfolio of Focused Service, Full Service and Lifestyle hotels across EMEA. Our team plays a key role in optimising hotel overall performance through educational sessions, consultations, and the development of scalable tools and resources, as well as providing front-line response and guidance to hotel leaders and team members.During this placement, you will support the team with a variety of administrative and operational activities and contribute to projects that enhance effectiveness across our brands. You’ll be part of a diverse and collaborative team, gaining valuable exposure to how brand performance is supported from both operational and corporate perspectives.Brand Management Placement:
Our Brand Management team develops and delivers the brand strategy for each of the brands in our portfolio, along with tactical plans to achieve our goals. Within EMEA, the Regional Brand Team acts as both the voice of the Global Brand in the region and the voice of the region within the global organisation.As a Brand Management Intern, you will support the team on strategic projects and gain hands-on experience in brand management from a regional perspective. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of specific tasks while contributing to broader initiatives that drive the success of our brands.What you’ll do
- Support the team in preparing presentations and decks for brand initiatives.
- Work with brand performance data to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Contribute creative ideas and input to regional projects and campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating and delivering EMEA brand initiatives.
- Take ownership of specific tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Hands-on experience in brand management within an international environment.

- Location: EMEA Regional Headquarters, Watford. Our placements are office based with flexibility offered across some teams.
- A strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
- A current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree - Business Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, International Business or Marketing degree’s are preferred.
- Availability to start 13th of July 2026, full-time, for a 12-month placement.
- Eligibility to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.
