We're looking for a hands-on Operations & Workplace Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily business functions. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything behind the scenes operates efficiently - from office systems and budgets to staff coordination and process optimisation.What You'll Do:Manage office logistics and ensure operational continuityCollaborate with department leads to streamline team performanceOrganise staff communications, team updates, and leadership briefingsSupport onboarding, internal training, and employee engagementMaintain accurate records and assist HR with administrative processesMonitor expenses and manage vendor contracts to control costsEnsure workplace compliance with health and safety standardsRespond quickly to emerging challenges with practical solutionsRequirements:4+ years in an operational or administrative leadership roleAdept at managing multiple projects and shifting prioritiesExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsTech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and workflow toolsComfortable managing budgets and negotiating supplier termsStrong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approachRelevant degree or comparable work experience
