
Regulatory Reporting Change VP - 12 Month FTC

- Lead and deliver change projects related to regulatory reporting, including COREP, FINREP, PRA, and other UK and international regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to assess current reporting processes and implement enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, regulators, and external partners.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data and reporting solutions to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
- Ensure robust governance and documentation of change initiatives, including impact assessments, business cases, and project plans.
- Support audit and assurance activities related to regulatory reporting change.
- Proven experience in regulatory reporting change within banking or financial services, ideally at VP or senior manager level.
- Strong understanding of UK and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., PRA, EBA, Basel III).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data architecture, reporting systems, and change governance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
