- Act as the primary contact for internal account managers and their clients regarding project-related enquiries
- Monitor stock levels and update estimated delivery times for ongoing project orders
- Coordinate with multiple business units to ensure accurate quoting, ordering, allocation, and shipping of products
- Communicate with internal teams including customer service, administration, supply chain, and procurement to manage stock allocation and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with specialist teams to oversee the preparation and dispatch of customised or non-standard products in line with project schedules
- Work with commercial teams to confirm special pricing for tailored items or projects, ensuring accurate records on internal systems
- Generate quotations using Excel, Sage, or internal systems across multiple brands
- Track the progress of quotations and document outcomes
- Analyse quote-to-order conversion rates and prepare reports for internal sales stakeholders
- Provide additional support to the customer service team as needed
