
Associate Director, Payroll Consulting, Global Employer Services

- CIPP or similar qualified or equivalent experience, including experience of the full annual payroll cycle
- Understanding of operational payroll within a large organisation or payroll vendor
- Knowledge and understanding of payroll business processes
- Experience of leading the delivery of payroll advisory projects (or managing the payroll workstream within a HR transformation projects) (client-facing or internal)
- Experience of full life cycle payroll advisory projects including scoping, contracting, billing and cash collection
- Experience of working with multiple client stakeholders across industry sectors on a UK and global basis
- Strong technical drafting skills and verbal communication skills
- Effective prioritisation management and organisational skills, including the ability to lead and manage multiple client projects
- Strong team-player and experience of developing and coaching high performance teams across multiple geographies
- Working with 3rd parties, including payroll vendors
- Knowledge and implementation experience of 3rd party HR and payroll solutions including Workday, Dayforce and UKG
- Analytical skills used to derive insight from complex and varied information sources and preparation of project recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including business report writing, preparation and delivery of presentations, workshop participation and leadership
- Experience in preparing and delivering client proposals, including pro-active engagement in seeking and securing new client projects
- Involvement in client seminars and the production of marketing materials
