We're seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant to support organisations in the design, implementation, and optimisation of IT service management processes.In this role, you'll work closely with clients to customise ITSM solutions, integrate them with operational tools, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ITSM processes aligned with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000
Configure ITSM tools and develop automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Integrate ITSM platforms with SNMP pollers, CRMs, databases, and dispatch tools
Lead client workshops, deliver training sessions, and present tailored solutions
Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Ensure processes comply with relevant industry standards and governance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or similar ITSM frameworks
