Job Description:Robert Half Technology are assisting a global market leading consultancy at the forefront of delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects for some of the world's most recognised brands. With a proven track record in innovation and delivery excellence, they are now seeking to recruit multiple ServiceNow Consultants on a contract basis - remote working - UK based.As a ServiceNow Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business needs. Working alongside talented technical teams and senior stakeholders, you'll be part of mission-critical transformation projects spanning ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.Role
  • The ServiceNow Consultant will lead and deliver ServiceNow architecture, implementation, configuration, and customisation activities.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, governance, and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project outcomes.
Profile
  • The ServiceNow Consultant will have a proven track record in delivering complex ServiceNow projects in large-scale or enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in relevant modules) highly desirable.
  • SC / DV clearance required
