
Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager

- Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project teams.
- Have an understanding of LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990 & BSEN 9251
- Carry out and produce QA Documents
- Monitor programs to ensure that client expectations and targets are met
- Attend weekly progress meetings at our head office – at least once a week
- Solid working knowledge of fire sprinkler standards and codes, including LPCB, BSEN 9990, BSEN9251 and BSEN 12845
- Proven experience conducting site surveys, attending client meetings, and involvement in site installations
- Be able to confidently read architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, AHJs, and the public.
- Competent computer skills
- A valid UK driving licence is required.
