This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the classroom and helping students thrive.As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help.
  • Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management.
  • Encourage participation and build pupils’ confidence in their learning.
  • Monitor and record progress to support pupils’ academic and social development.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
  • A patient, supportive, and adaptable attitude.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, including explanations for any gaps in employment.
