Job Description:Sales Ledger Administrator (9-Month Contract)
£14-£17 per hour + holiday pay
Circa 30 hours per week - flexibility for slightly fewer hoursRobert Half is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a proactive Sales Ledger Administrator for a 9-month temporary contract. This is a varied role combining administrative duties, coordination of operational processes, and direct liaison with customers and stakeholders.The Role:
Working as part of a small, friendly team, you'll take ownership of a range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth running of services and timely communication. Key duties will include:Raising and issuing sales invoices and tracking paymentsCoordinating and maintaining records for site tenants and customer agreementsCarrying out and logging routine inspections and auditsManaging stock levels for office supplies and consumablesKeeping noticeboards, signage, and information points up to dateUpdating and maintaining asset registers and inventoriesMonitoring shared inboxes and incoming post, ensuring timely responsesLogging and filing staff timesheets and vehicle checklistsAssisting with diary management and meeting preparationsSupporting the planning and smooth delivery of eventsCollating and circulating documentation for stakeholder reviewAbout You:Proven administrative experience, including raising invoicesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAble to work independently while supporting a wider teamComfortable managing varied tasks with shifting prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalBenefits:Competitive hourly rate plus holiday payFlexible part-time hours (circa 30 per week, with potential for slightly less)Opportunity to work in a varied, engaging role with a collaborative teamRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
