As a staff nurse / RGN, you will work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing exceptional care to patients recovering from:
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and neurological conditions
- Post-operative surgical procedures
- Complex rehabilitation following illness, trauma, or surgery
- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to all patients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Support patients with brain injury, spinal injury, and neuro-rehab needs
- Administer medications and interventions in line with hospital protocols
- Work closely with therapists and clinicians to support patient rehabilitation
- Document care accurately and professionally in compliance with NMC standards
- Contribute to discharge planning and promote independence in recovery
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – essential
- At least 1 year’s experience as a nurse in a hospital or rehab setting – desirable
- Experience with neuro care, brain injury, or surgical recovery – preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
- A strong commitment to patient-centred care and continuous learning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Competitive salary circa £35,000 per annum
