- Develop and maintain robust procurement reporting systems to track operational and financial performance
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports highlighting procurement achievements, financial benefits, and areas for improvement
- Lead the continued enhancement of the procurement reporting toolkit
- Ensure data accuracy and transparency in reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Set up and manage Procurement Key Project and Pipeline Reviews
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align reporting metrics with financial plans
- Ensure the Procurement Spend Cube, ESG, Benefits Tracker and Benefits Reporting are accurately maintained and refreshed monthly
- Preparation of all reporting requirements, and specifically support and prepare the monthly regional and global reporting requirements for various stakeholder groups including
- Global Executive Committee
- Regional Procurement Reviews
- Regional Supply Chain Director reports
- Procurement Cost Saving Reports
- ESG and Audit Reporting
- Annual Report
- Own Procurement intranet development and maintenance and sharing of information and training materials to support business self-serve
- Lead initiatives to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies associated with procurement compliance / risk management activities
- Manage compliance monitoring to ensure in scope third-party suppliers are actively reviewed
- Identify non-compliant suppliers and escalate issues as necessary to the Category Leads
- Maintain and update supplier compliance documentation and systems for accurate tracking and reporting
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders to adopt new processes and ways of working
- Act as the subject matter expert for procurement tools, processes and reporting, procurement compliance, offering guidance and solutions
- Train and develop operational stakeholders on new or enhanced processes and tools
- Lead communication and change management of process improvements, compliance updates, and financial impact reports to stakeholders at all levels as per the agreed governance timeframes
- Lead initiatives to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies associated with Procurement
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams by providing training and resources
- Understanding of procurement processes and tools
- Ability to manage & balance competing multiple priorities and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, cost and employee relations
- Project management experience in a global environment
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others, by developing working relationships with all levels of the organisation
- Experience of working in a multi-site manufacturing company
- Ability to prioritise and plan
- Stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Excellent I.T skills. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Degree educated or equivalent - desirable
- Procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS) - desirable
- Recognised Project management qualification - desirable
- Experience working in a global procurement / supply chain function - desirable
- PowerBI report creation and maintenance - desirable
