- Proven experience in procurement within the industrial, packaging or manufacturing sector.
- Experience of category management - You will be managing multiple categories which include packaging, repair materials, consumables, services, transport/ logistic and warehousing
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams to achieve objectives.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
