Would you be interested in converting your contract to a permanent one?NS&I's recent transition of services to Sopra Steria means we now have an opportunity for a number of Superflex Customer Service Representatives to join us on a permanent or fixed-term basis. You'd continue doing the role that you do, but with the benefits that come with a permanent position at Sopra Steria. Your role will continue to revolve around offering a first-class customer experience to contribute towards making NS&I the UK's most trusted savings provider. This role will see you helping to resolve customer queries on first contact while adhering to both industry standard compliance and regulations as well as the Sopra Steria values!We can offer phenomenal career progression opportunities, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs and training and development opportunities.We have opportunities available across our three sites of Durham, Glasgow and Lytham following a flexible working pattern. Please note there will be some requirement for weekend working.What you'll bring:
