- Provide guidance on software development methodologies and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Act as a technical mentor for junior team members and developers.
- Development knowledge of .NET
- Experience building complex enterprise systems
