Focused on accelerating organic growth, the CBP Partner generates revenue opportunities by truly understanding the client business strategy, objectives and translating this into now NIQ services into solutions will transform their insight capabilities, inform their business objectives, mitigate risk, and gain competitive advantageOur New Business team is winning – more clients are joining NIQ than ever before, our UK market share is growing and our overall NielsenIQ strategy, across both Retail and Consumer measurement, is proving successful and leading the industry – we are looking for someone to take this winning strategy and culture and develop it with us even further.This is a high-profile role with CBP executives striving to exceed sales targets and seek outstanding rewards - You need to be inquisitive, engaging and a motivating, with a clear communication style that will excite new clients to join NielsenIQIf you want to join a winning team, with a winning strategy and you have an attitude to win more, then this is the role for youResponsibilities:

  • Delivery of personal and team total revenue and profit targets
  • Track individual targets, conversion rates, lead generation, prospecting, revenue in order to be a data and target driven team.

  • Create best practice procedures and materials to ensure that we have a set standard when talking to clients.

Qualifications
  • A proven track record in Sales and ideally with a New Business focus
  • Ideally experience in FMCG sector or equivalent with appreciation of NielsenIQ and/or competitor products, services, and data
  • Ideally full understanding of data, insight, category marketing – either agency of client background
  • An understanding of the issues facing FMCG manufacturer and retailers
  • Strong ability understanding of the client’s needs
  • A proven ability to generate business across a portfolio of Existing and New Clients
  • A high energy self-starter who can work independently
  • Ability to forecast revenue
  • Strong client-facing and communication and presenting skills
  • Passionate about sales, revenue growth and new business opportunities
  • Effective and resilient negotiator
  • Very strong business English, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management / project management skills
  • Capable of working as part of a team within a fast-paced, challenging, and demanding environment whilst maintaining high standards
