We have an exciting opportunity for a Covid-19 Vaccine Coordinator to join our Primary Care Network team on a full time basis 37.5 hrs per week depending. This role is a based at Spring Hill practice and we are also offering a competitive salary of up to £31,200 per annum full time, pro-rata for part time hours worked for 6 months.Springfield Park Primary Care Network (PCN) consists of 3 GP surgeries who work together to offer various services to the people who live in our area. The purpose of these PCNs is to enable GP practices to work together in a collaborative way to develop and deliver network-based services that respond to the needs of the local populationMain duties of the jobWe are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the PCNs in the management of Covid-19 vaccine. To ensure that each PCN has the vaccine required to support their use, overseeing stock updates and waste records and as well as ordering and arranging stock transfers where required. The Project Coordinator would be expected to work using the NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP)as well as Microsoft excel and provide data to senior management in relation to stock and supply. Training will be provided on FDP and existing excel spreadsheets.The post holder should have previous experience of working in a project management environment and have excellent IT skills, good communication and organisational skills together with experience of accurate data input and Microsoft excel. They must be able to demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative but also as part of a wider operations team.The post holder should be responsible for providing a professional, highly organised and comprehensive, Project Co-ordinator service to the PCNs and programme director.
