- Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to capture, refine, and validate business and technical requirements
- Translate business goals into clear technical specifications, including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Perform end-to-end technical, business, and data analysis across our product offerings and client projects
- Engage with clients to understand integration, configuration, and deployment requirements
- Contribute to the design of event-driven, microservices-based solutions using modern cloud and container platforms
- Support domain modelling using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
- Define acceptance criteria, support test planning and UAT, and contribute to release readiness
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment sessions
- Serve as the vital link between engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst within a software or product-led environment
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and distributed systems architectures
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with event-driven architectures, big data flows, and asynchronous systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, architecture specs, and API contracts
- Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and agile methodologies
- Strong experience working in AWS or Azure environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking with a knack for solutioning complex technical problems
- Exposure to regulated domains (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, telecom, public sector)
- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, RESTful services, and API-first design
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git
- Prior involvement in cloud infrastructure or platform teams
