This role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and is fully supernumeray. They collaborate closely with local councils and the NHS to deliver top-notch care services.As a Clinical Lead, you will:
  • Direct and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred Care Plans and Risk Assessments.
  • Ensure Care Plans are followed and regularly evaluated.
  • Support new staff during their induction.
  • Act as a clinical and professional role model, assessing and supporting students and learners on placement.

The ideal Clinical Lead will:
  • Be nurse qualified.
  • Previous Management experience
  • Ideally, have experience working in a care home setting in a nursing role.
