- Direct and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred Care Plans and Risk Assessments.
- Ensure Care Plans are followed and regularly evaluated.
- Support new staff during their induction.
- Act as a clinical and professional role model, assessing and supporting students and learners on placement.
- Annual salary of £55,000.
- Ongoing training and personal development support.
