- Has a minimum of 4 years' experience in luxury hospitality or event catering sales.
- Possesses a strong network across sectors such as finance, property, media, and pharmaceuticals.
- Has a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and long-term partnerships.
- Is confident and articulate, with excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates a passion for food, design, and exceptional service.
- Brings gravitas and professionalism when engaging with senior stakeholders and UHNW clients.
- Is proactive, commercially minded, and thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.
- 3% commission on net new or reactivated client revenue (paid quarterly).
