Hours: Full time, 39 hours per weekThis role is based on the core hours of 07:00am to 16:00pm, Monday to Friday.KCS Education are looking for a punctual and reliable individual to join their team as a 3.5T Multidrop Driver! The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering educational supplies to customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.Who we areKCS Education, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG) are experts in sourcing, managing and creating the products and services required to run schools, nurseries or public sector organisations in the UK, with thousands of customers nationwide.They are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, with a team of over 100 specialists who work with their customers from finding the right products, answering product queries to arranging special deliveries and providing general product advice and support.Why this role mattersKCS Drivers are the direct link between KCS and its customers, ensuring schools, nurseries, public sector organisations, and businesses get the essential supplies they need, when they need them.By delivering on time, safely, and professionally, the driver helps maintain KCS’s reputation for reliability, supports smooth daily operations for customers, and strengthens long-term relationships that keep the business thriving.What you’ll be doing
  • Conduct pre-journey vehicle checks and report any defects to the Transport Manager or authorised deputy
  • Comply with road transport legislation, including EU driver hours, tachograph rules, and working time regulations
  • Inform the Transport Manager of any changes to your driving licence, endorsements, or medical conditions that may affect your ability to drive
  • Deliver orders to customers according to their instructions, while maintaining service standards
  • Complete all delivery paperwork accurately, report discrepancies, and provide customer feedback during debriefs
What we’re looking for
  • Previous Multidrop experience
  • Category C1 Driving License
  • Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good geographical knowledge of Kent, Sussex and London areas
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
