Job DescriptionPertemps are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Administrator to support and enhance the Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment in West Bromwich. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage QMS documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records).
  • Create, revise, and control quality documents to meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and track outcomes, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
  • Support audits with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in implementing new procedures, standards, and updates to reflect legislation changes.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • 1+ year in quality administration or document control.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential (ISO 14001/22000 is a plus)
  • ISO 9001:2015 Auditor qualification preferred but not required.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Highly organised with strong time management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00Pay Rate:
  • £13.00-£13.50 per hour- depending on experience
  • Permanent position offered after a successful trial period
