Involving but not limited to:
  • Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, and policy updates.
  • Support the People team in ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently.
  • Track right to work checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Redirect more complex queries to appropriate People Team members for resolution.
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, absence rates, and turnover, as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely employee data to the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Ensure all HR practices and procedures comply with current employment laws and company policies.
  • Support the implementation and communication of new HR policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance for HR projects, as required.
  • Support the People team with ad hoc tasks to enhance the efficiency of the HR function.
  • Support the management of welfare (GIP) and wellbeing processes.
  • Manage Anniversary communication, Long Service Awards and ad hoc incentive rewards
Working Hours:Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 17.30pmTotal Hours: 40Breaks: 60 minsKey Skills, Experience & Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a HR administrative role is essential
  • Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
