
People Operations Administrator

- Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Prepare and issue HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, and policy updates.
- Support the People team in ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently.
- Track right to work checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Redirect more complex queries to appropriate People Team members for resolution.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, absence rates, and turnover, as required.
- Provide accurate and timely employee data to the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing.
- Ensure all HR practices and procedures comply with current employment laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation and communication of new HR policies.
- Provide administrative assistance for HR projects, as required.
- Support the People team with ad hoc tasks to enhance the efficiency of the HR function.
- Support the management of welfare (GIP) and wellbeing processes.
- Manage Anniversary communication, Long Service Awards and ad hoc incentive rewards
- Proven experience in a HR administrative role is essential
- Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
