- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organisers to maximise bookings.
- Conduct site inspections and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the hotel’s unique offerings.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and long-term client satisfaction.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and track sales activities using the Envision sales system.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, business events, and networking opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive and innovative sales efforts.
- Assist with sales reports, competitor analysis, and administrative tasks as required.
