- £100 per instruction won
- 10% of the fee paid as commission
- Monday to Friday schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and account management.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong ability to win new business and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with financial rewards.
- Knowledge of the London market, particularly Canary Wharf and surrounding business districts, is an advantage.
