Technical support will cover many company products, specialising in pneumatic automation and thermo temperature control. Commercial and market awareness of the product. Supporting sales growth by training and proactive promotion of existing and new products.Key Responsibilities:Support for customer questions via phone and e-mailProcess requests for special products and variationsAnalyse, check and report writing on customer product returnsNew product development proposal activityMarket and competitor product analysis & understandingSupporting sales force with customer visits and application developmentProduct management including training, new product introduction and supersession of discontinued product rangesEssential Education, Skills and Experience:Degree, HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineAble to communicate proficiently via telephone and email with both internal and external customersA methodical problem solver who is logical, organised and able to keep clear comprehensive recordsAbility to clearly and effectively present technical subjects, face-to-face and via webinarExperience working within an Engineering environmentHands-on testing and diagnostic experienceExperience handling multiple projects with ability to prioritise, manage own time, and meet deadlinesDesirable Experience:Hands-on testing and diagnostic experienceAutomation systems or system design experiencePrevious experience or working within a Technical Sales Support or applications roleWhat Our Client Offer:Every team member has a voice, and this contributes to our successes as a company!
