A Sous Chef is required in East Sussex for this beautiful and renowned country estate.This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status - no sponsorship is provided.This stunning property is set within acres of beautiful countryside providing amazing views and is home to a 2AA Rosettes restaurant.You must have Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef experience within a 2AA Rosettes standard environment, and without this experience we unfortunately can't consider your application.The restaurant and kitchen have recently been redesigned with a high-spec kitchen installed so will be continuing your career in a great kitchen.Benefits:

Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen

Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do “attitude
Have a background working within gastronomic establishments and you will be looking to work within a kitchen where the highest level of food is produced
