Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Setting: Supporting 3 sociable and adventurous gentlemen, aged 30s to 60s
Support Needs: Mild learning disabilities, epilepsy (managed with medication)

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in BA14, supporting three fantastic individuals who love getting out and about, meeting friends, and having a laugh.What Makes This Role Special?This is a lively and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting three men who enjoy:
- Tea, cake, and good company
- Exploring new places and socialising
- Adventurous outings and discovering new interests
- Laughing and joking with staff – they love a good sense of humour and playful banter
- Providing prompting support with daily routines
- Supporting wheelchair use for one individual when out and about
- Preparing meals and administering medication
- Encouraging independence and helping plan engaging activities
- Building strong, trusting relationships with individuals and their families
- Day Shifts: 7am – 3pm / 3pm – 10pm / 10am – 4pm
- Energetic and positive, with a great sense of humour
- Flexible and reliable, with good timekeeping
- Creative and proactive, able to plan and adapt activities
- Team players, who work well with others and communicate effectively
- Confident drivers with a manual licence
