We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established organisation in London on an initial one-month contract. This fully onsite role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to provide top-notch customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst Point of Contact:Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of enquiries and providing exceptional service.Professional Communication:Communicate professionally and clearly by telephone in various circumstances with different types of customers. Maintain control of the conversation and a calm demeanour at all times.Complex Enquiries:Handle complex enquiries and issues, dealing effectively with more demanding customers.Council Policies and Procedures:Have a broad understanding of council policies and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.Customer Service Skills :Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.Skills and QualificationsIT Proficiency:Strong navigation and keyboard skills, along with knowledge of IT software and systems, including and Excel.Call Centre Experience:Proven experience of at least one year working in a busy, pressurized environment of a call or contact centre.
Customer Service Experience:Demonstrable skills in customer service, with a proven ability to handle complex enquiries and demanding customers.Rota System:Willingness to work to a rota system covering business hours from 8 am to 5 pm.This role is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact.
