Maintain control of the conversation and a calm demeanour at all times.Complex Enquiries:Handle complex enquiries and issues, dealing effectively with more demanding customers.Council Policies and Procedures:Have a broad understanding of council policies and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.Customer Service Skills :Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.Skills and QualificationsIT Proficiency:Strong navigation and keyboard skills, along with knowledge of IT software and systems, including and Excel.Call Centre Experience:Proven experience of at least one year working in a busy, pressurized environment of a call or contact centre.
