- Leading and developing the Finance team, ensuring accuracy, pace, and high performance across all reporting, budgeting, and planning cycles.
- Acting as a true business partner to senior operational leaders, translating numbers into actionable insights and supporting robust commercial decisions.
- Taking the lead on financial integration for new acquisitions within the division, ensuring alignment with group policies and maximising operational efficiencies.
- Managing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for the business area, including presenting to senior stakeholders and contributing to wider group strategy.
- Driving improvements across systems, processes, and reporting, championing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Playing a key role in the preparation of statutory accounts and supporting audit processes in partnership with the Financial Accounting team.
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience, ideally within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- A confident people leader with experience managing, developing, and motivating high-performing finance teams.
- Commercially astute with a clear track record of business partnering, budgeting, and strategic planning at a senior level.
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to drive change and improvement.
- Exceptional communicator, you can present complex financial information clearly and confidently to non-financial stakeholders.
