A superb opportunity for a senior finance professional with an FP&A background who is looking to join a sizable organisation in a true leadership role as the most senior person in finance below the CFO.What will the Head of FP&A role involve?
  • Leading the organisation’s financial planning cycle, including 5-year strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective resource allocation
  • Acting as deputy to the CFO, attending Executive Board meetings, and overseeing the daily operations of the finance function
  • Providing commercial insight, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations to support key decisions, risk management, and long-term financial sustainability
  • Managing and developing the FP&A and business partnering teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality financial support across the organisation
Suitable Candidate for the Head of FP&A role:
  • Comfortable both in briefing up to Executive Team and Board, and also in challenging in a respectful way to influence change
  • Extensive FP&A experience
  • Fully qualified with strong leadership skills
