Sandal Huddersfield is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor.Your roleWe are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Advisor to join our Huddersfield Aftersales team. The importance of this key role is paramount to Sandal; being one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service to our customers. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading the Bodyshop productive team.
  • Scheduling workload and proving updates to customers.
  • Ensuring our business potential is maximised.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained and that required standards are met.
Your profileWe are looking for a candidate to add value and to contribute to the ongoing success of company. You will be a confident professional who has an ability to organise their team. Having Advisor experience within the Bodyshop environment at dealership level, you will have excellent customer service skills and have an ability to maintain good levels of communication with other team members and colleagues in other departments. Experience of CDK/Kerridge is an advantage, as is being a Bodyshop Estimator.As you would expect with a position of this importance the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.Rewards
