Production Chef – Organic Farm Kitchen, GloucestershireSalary: £32,760 per annum (weekly pay planned from October 2025)
Hours: 45 hours per week | 5 x 9-hour shifts | Early starts at 05:00 or 07:00

This high-volume, artisanal kitchen produces up to 30,000 hand-cooked units per week, including organic soups, meals, and broths made from the finest ingredients grown on site or sourced from trusted partners.You’ll be part of a passionate team preparing award-winning food in a beautiful countryside setting, with access to fresh organic produce and a supportive, purpose-driven culture.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a diverse range of organic dishes to recipe specificationsWeigh, measure, and prep ingredients with precision and consistencyMaintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HACCP, SALSA, Soil Association)Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets with a 98% fulfilment rateSupport seasonal menu development and innovation when requiredCommunicate effectively with Distribution, Technical, and Buying teamsAssist with stock rotation, ingredient traceability, and detailed record-keepingUphold the business’s sustainability values as part of its B Corp commitmentsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience working in food production or high-volume kitchensA genuine passion for food and sustainabilityStrong eye for detail with precision in following standardised recipesSolid knowledge of food safety and health & safety requirementsAbility to work independently while supporting the wider teamPositive, professional attitude and commitment to learning and developmentBenefits & PerksCompetitive salary with weekly pay from October 2025Generous staff discounts on products, treatments, and dining experiencesOne paid volunteering day per year to support a charity of your choiceSubsidised private medical insurance (Bupa)Pension scheme with up to 9% employee contribution and 4.5% employer matchLife assurance (up to one year’s annual salary)24/7 Employee Assistance Programme providing mental health supportInterested?
