Job Description:Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking an Accountant for a growing company in Caerphilly.You will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller but with extensive engagement with the CFO, Business MDs and divisional Management.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller but with extensive engagement with the CFO and divisional management.The role will involve managing the finances of and providing support in relation to a subsidiaries. .Preparation of periodic management accounts and reconciliation of all balance sheet accountsReviewing controls and processes, making improvements where necessarySupporting, coaching, and developing the management accounts teamProviding support to the senior management team and finance business partnersLiaising with internal and external auditorsExperience of statutory accounts preparation and consolidationsPreparing and submitting VAT returnsPreparing and distributing daily, weekly and periodic reports, developing reports as requiredSalary package of to £65,000 plus a generous benefits package and bonus.Hybrid workingRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
