Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is the place to be! We are developing an innovative, integrated model of children's community services and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly and dedicated locality and county-wide professional teams.The Early Child Development pathway is a county-wide (covering East, North and South Devon) multidisciplinary team which includes Clinical Psychologists, Paediatricians, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Early Years Practitioners working with complex early years children and their families. You will be joining a strong, enthusiastic and supportive group of professionals who will be your peers, your phone a friend network and your inspiring colleagues. The team provides holistic consideration of children and their families and MDT working at it's core.Main duties of the jobThis is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work collaboratively with the Early Child Development Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) across the whole county.
