Job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing Finance Team based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.Belfast Finance is part of the A&O Shearman Support Services Centre which was established in 2011 to provide services to the A&O network.Within Belfast Finance, provision of service includes management and financial accounting & reporting, ebilling, working capital, accounts payable and tax. Offices served are London, US, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, South Africa & The Middle East. There is a strong client service ethic and we work to Service Level Agreements, targets and deadlines to deliver in line with client expectations.What you will doAs a Finance Assistant in the Accounts Payable team, you will ensure high quality services are provided to both internal and external clients on a timely basis. You will also work with the Team Lead to continually strive to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting systems and transactional processes, in addition to working with and supporting the appropriate Accounts Payable team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work in accordance with pre-determined metrics.This is varied role, including elements of data entry, handling client enquires, providing detailed financial information in addition to general support and advice.What you will have

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential
