- We are seeking an organized, reliable, detail and service-oriented Billing Specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will monitor respond in a timely manner to invoice queries as well as manage invoice processing as well as email requests from our case based ticketing service - Microsoft Dynamics.
- Previous accounting experience is required.

- Import & Export billing to Customers via DSV XPress
- Intercompany Cost Control
- Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
- Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customers
- In this position, you will monitor respond in a timely manner to invoice queries as well as manage invoice processing as well as email requests from our case-based ticketing service - Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication
- Excellent customer service with empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and freight transport operation
- Previous accounting experience is required
- Basic accounting and math skills; experience in accountancy and billing
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy
- Proven organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and client data security
- Proficient computer and IT skills; quick to learn new systems
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas (or certified equivalent)
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure, with a positive mindset
- Customer-focused and dedicated to meeting client needs
